What the site is
A guide to typical UAE car repair prices, a directory of workshops, and a free quote request service for car owners. We are not a garage. We do not carry out repairs, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a garage.
Prices
Every price on the site is a typical range for independent UAE garages, given as an estimate. It is not a quote or an offer from us or from any workshop. The garage sets the final price after it has seen the car. Confirm parts, labour, VAT, warranty and timing in writing before you approve any work.
Listings
Most listings are compiled from public business listings and have not been claimed by the workshop, so details can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm the address and phone number before you travel. We do not rate or rank workshops. A "verified" badge means three dated checks on a paid plan (trade licence seen, address confirmed, the workshop answered), and nothing about the quality of the work. Placement that a garage pays for is labelled as paid.
Quote requests
Asking for quotes is free for car owners and does not book anything. We pass your request to workshops that can do the job; we cannot promise that any of them will reply or quote. Whether you accept a quote is up to you, and the work, the parts, the price and the warranty are the garage's responsibility. Please give accurate details: we may decline requests that are false, abusive or not about a car.
Garages
Listing and claiming a listing are free. A claim needs the current trade licence, and we may refuse or reverse a claim we cannot check. Owners are responsible for what they submit; we review every edit and photo before it appears, and we may decline any of them. We may correct or remove a listing that is wrong, closed or not a car workshop, and a workshop can ask us to remove its listing at any time.
Verified costs AED 249 a month and Featured AED 499 a month. Plans are billed by invoice, one month at a time, after we have approved the garage; nothing is charged automatically. To stop a plan, tell us before the next invoice; if a plan is not paid, its paid features stop at the end of the period already paid for and the listing returns to Free. The badge stays only while the three checks hold and the plan is active. No plan promises a number of quote requests, and paid placement goes no further than the labelled paid positions. If you think an invoice is wrong, email [email protected] and we will look at it.
Guides
Guides are general information, not professional, legal or mechanical advice. Rules on testing, registration and VAT are set by UAE authorities and can change, so confirm them with the authority before you act.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for work a garage carries out, for what a garage charges, or for decisions you make using the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under UAE consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
