This is the check every workshop gets before we pass it a request. The Verified badge is a separate, paid-plan check with three dated steps.
- Before we route an enquiry to a workshop we ask for a trade licence, a working contact number, and the services and brands it genuinely handles.
- We remove or pause a workshop when those details turn out to be wrong, out of date, or unreachable.
- We have not inspected the premises, audited the work, or tested the parts. If a page ever implies otherwise, that is a mistake — tell us and we will fix it.
