Common questions
Why is my garage already listed?
We compiled a directory of UAE workshops from public business listings so that car owners searching for a garage in their area find one. Your listing carries facts only: trading name, area, contact details and service categories. It carries no rating and no ranking, because we have not inspected your workshop and will not imply that we have.
What does it cost?
Being listed, claiming your listing and removal are free. Verified is AED 249 a month: the badge once the three checks pass, your own prices, first place in your area and on your jobs, and quote requests sent to you. Featured is AED 499 a month and adds offers, the top spot above Verified and a place in the homepage garage rail. You are invoiced monthly after we approve your listing. No commission, and you can stop any month.
What does the badge actually mean?
That we saw your trade licence, confirmed your address and spoke to someone at the workshop on the number you gave us, each with the date we did it. It is not a judgement of your work, and we say so wherever it appears. If a check lapses, the badge comes off.
Can I pay to be ranked first?
You can pay to be placed first, and every reader is told so: Verified and Featured garages sit in a block labelled as paid placement. Below it, every other workshop is listed A to Z, and nothing moves that order. There are no ratings on this site to buy.
Do you take a commission on the job?
No. We pass the enquiry and step out. What you charge the customer is between you and them, and we never see the invoice.
How do I get my listing taken down?
Ask, at /remove-listing. It is free, unconditional and usually done within two working days. We will not charge you and we will not try to talk you out of it.
