What to ask before you book a Tesla in
- Which diagnostic system do they use for Tesla, and have they coded or programmed a module on one before? This is the question that separates a specialist from a general workshop, and it is harder to bluff than a badge on the door.

- Labour hours, not just a total. A quote of "AED 2,000 for the job" tells you nothing about whether the job was priced or guessed.
